Relaxed One

I tried to meditate in the past and even took a mindfulness course but no one made meditation as easy as Turiya. He explains everything in great detail and is very convincing and personable.

I now meditate every day and look forward to it. I have chronic myofascial pain and amazingly forget about it while I do the guided meditation with Turiya.

Easy to follow, easy to listen to, and informative. This has been a great way for me to get back into meditating more frequently and covers everything from fundamentals to different methods and breathing techniques.
