Warm greetings from the East Coast. Just a brief note to let you know that I love my bench, and thanks to your kind consultation and the wonderful video link you sent me, I’ve found my own “groove” and can sit for my full hour meditation sessions with no more pain.
I also learned something new from you about supporting my arms. I’ve tried both the blanket and hoodie-pocket methods successfully. Additionally, I found that rolling my hands in the under side of the bottom of the front of my hoodie works, as well!
Finally, your advice about support for ankles that don’t stretch was revolutionary for me.
